Magdalena Dropek

Graduate of Polish philology and journalism at the Jagiellonian University, for 10 years she was the editor of the oldest and largest queer LGBT portal in Poland – Queer.pl. Since 2012 she has been involved in the organisation of the Queer May festival and the Equality March in Cracow.
From 2013 Magdalena is on the board of the Równość.org.pl Foundation involved in the situation of the LGBT community and anti-discrimination activities in smaller towns in southern Poland. Member of the Council for Equal Treatment established in 2019 by the Mayor of Cracow Jacek Majchrowski. Since January 2020 she cooperates with the office of MP Maciek Gdula (Lewica) in Cracow.
