Dagna Jakubowska

is a visual artist, theatre director, entrepreneur and author of critical culinary actions. Through her performative practice, she explores the politics of nutrition, nutrition-related processes and other aspects of daily life. She lives and works in Warsaw and is the founder and coordinator of the socio-culinary initiative Ferment Travelling Kitchen and the Nowa Przestrzeń Foundation.
