“I was been diagnosed with HIV in 1988. I have been on the antiretroviral treatment for the last 15 years. I have undetectable viral load and I can function normally. Since 15 years I work in Eko School of Life WANDZIN at the care and treatment ward with – among others – people living with HIV. I have a husband and a son (who is healthy), and a grandson. I have experienced a lot in my life. I have been subjected to stigmatisation and today I do fight against stigma in medical settings where our patients are provided with healthcare services.”
