Pro-eco activist, leader and founder of a rural food cooperative (Wiejska Kooperatywa Spożywcza) in Beskid Niski. In a “Green Preschool” in the Warsaw Bródno district, she carries out an original curriculum of ecological-nutrition education and serves as nutrition consultant. Zootechnician, pedagogue and nutrition therapist by education.
