Zentrale

Zentrale was established in 2020, during the first lockdown, as a cooperative of couriers specialized in food deliveries from Warsaw restaurants and eateries. It is a cooperative answer to the exploitation of food techs like Glovo, UberEats, or Deliveroo. It cooperates within the CoopCycle federation.
