After a break caused by the pandemic, 3kolektyw returns with the third part of “We are making manifestos!”. This return is marked by a new formula: an audience-engaging installation inspired by the “Xenofeminist Manifesto” from Laboria Cubonics. The works will be available at Biennale Warszawa for two days – you can join at any time.
Published in 2014, the “Xenofeminist Manifesto” tackled some of the most burning issues of modern times – how to break free from the concept of nature, how to rebuild reality so that relations were more horizontal, beyond class, race and gender. To a certain extent, he project is a Utopian one, aiming at encouraging the viewer to imagine a world in which access to medical information or hormones is available. In the works of 3kolektyw, the manifesto is the starting point for reflection on various forms of exclusion embedded in the local social context.

Information
Entry to the event is free, but we encourage you to support further activities of 3kolektyw with the suggested amount of PLN 10.
The installation will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00. We are planning a break at 3:00 p.m. for disinfection and airing. A maximum of 30 people may stay at Biennale Warszawa at any given time. It is mandatory to wear masks and keep distance between people.
About the “We are making manifestos!” series
The installation is the third edition of the “We are making manifestos” series that initiated 3kolektyw activities. In January and March 2020 it worked on theatrical presentations of two manifestos — the “Rebellion declaration” of Extinction Rebellion Polska and “Poland is a sick country” by prof. Jan Nielubowicz District Chamber of Physicians in Warsaw.
About 3kolektyw
A group of six artists connected by the will to create socially responsible theatre. The starting point for their activities is the political situation as well as personal stories.
They work closely with Strefa Wolnosłowa and Stół Powszechny where they met and conducted their first activities together. There, as 3kolektyw, they realised the series “We are making manifestos!”. Their activities are conducted under the patronage of the Anti-Fascist Year and the Laboratory of new Theatrical Practices (SWPS University).
