Trade union for the employees of nursing homes, welfare centres and various facilities for short- and long-term care across Poland. We are a part of the global movement of care sector workers (both private and public) who, together, want to change work conditions in our industry. Our members include carers, orderlies, nurses, therapists, physical therapists, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and any other employee – anyone can join our union.
