Róża Kosałka

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Katowice, and the Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences where she completed a post-graduate programme in Finance and Budget Accounting. Throughout her professional career, she gained experience working in commercial law companies, as well as local government units, ministries, the Polish Academy of Sciences, and cultural institutions under the authority of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. From 1995, Róża was the head accountant, manager, or deputy director of the department of finance and accounting at the Polish Ministry of Finance. In recent years, she has worked with the National Film Archive as the finance trustee, and after the merger with the Audiovisual Institute and the creation of National Film Archive – Audiovisual Institute in 2017, she became the chief accountant of the institution. She was in charge of the efficient and constructive reorganization in the area of finance and accounting, related to ensuring the compliance of its procedures with current regulations.

Privately mother and grandmother, professionally – known by her Native name “The One Dancing with Numbers”
