Andrzej Mikołajewski

Is an activist, coach and entrepreneur. He designed and launched subsequent civic and fundraising campaigns for NGOs, created sustainable business strategies, non-financial reporting and ethics management systems for numerous private and public companies. Mikołajewski specializes in issues related to communication, organizational culture and social involvement. Graduate of philosophy and political sciences at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Corporate Social Responsibility studies at the Kozminski University and Visegrad School of Political Studies at the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw, senior fellow of Humanity in Action Poland. Since 2017 he has been running Dobra Agencja, an agency recruiting experts from Poland, Ukraine and Belarus for reasonable employers in Poland.
