On 21 February 2020, by order of the Director of the Biennale Warszawa, the Artistic and Programme Board was appointed in its composition:

Vasyl Cherepanyn, a philosopher, curator, head of the Visual Culture Research Centre in Kyiv and the Kyiv Biennial, a lecturer at the University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy,

Marina Garcés, a philosopher, professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a lecturer at the Independent Studies Programme of the MACBA,

Joanna Krakowska, a historian of contemporary theatre, essayist and editor, professor at the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences, editor of the “Dialog” monthly magazine, and a lecturer at the Theatre Academy in Warsaw,

Joanna Mytkowska, a curator, historian of art, critic, director of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw,

Draginja Nadaždin, an ethnologist, director of Amnesty International Poland,

Jonas Staal, a visual artist, founder of the artistic and political organization “New World Summit” (2012–ongoing) and the campaign “New Unions” (2016–ongoing).
