Ewa Chomicka

Cultural anthropologist, Polish philologist, museologist and contemporary art curator. She directs the Laboratory of Museum Practices at the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN, a unit in charge of developing collaboration between the museum and contemporary artists nationally and internationally. Ewa develops interdisciplinary initiatives, combining contemporary art, research and activism. Through executed actions, she studies opportunities for building relations between cultural institutions and participants of actions, she develops long-term participatory initiatives, and expands the field of art with society.
